The agent was “Impressed by how tidy and well maintained the grounds were, and the lawn and shrub area’s well stocked and cared for. The communal hall area’s of the apartment complex are clean, fresh, and modern, with carpets vacuumed, and walls and woodwork painted regularly. KT Management contact details are clearly displayed in the main hallway, and staff and contractor visits for service and maintenance are clearly logged, dated, and signed.” It is not very often that people working within a customer service / focused role get letters of thanks from their customers, and this is my reason for writing to you today. You provide a quality service for the charges paid, and staff are always pleasant and helpful. Thank you and your staff for their hard work while I have lived here.
