After issuing the Service Charge Account we had a lovely reply from Tony Millward to say “Thank you for your recent update, very clear and concise and much appreciated.”
We would like to say how pleased We are to find the accounts so straight forward and accessible, and also congratulate you on the good stewardship of the maintenance charges. One hears of so many people detesting their maintenance companies because they feel “ripped-off” by them. Thankfully we are in a position to say to people “well ours do a good job and at a reasonable cost”, so thank you.
I would like to take this opportunity to inform you, of comments I have received recently from an estate agent whilst selling my apartment. The agent was “Impressed by how tidy and well maintained the grounds were, and the lawn and shrub area’s well stocked and cared for. The communal hall area’s of the apartment complex are clean, fresh, and modern, with carpets vacuumed, and walls and woodwork painted regularly. KT Management contact details are clearly displayed in the main hallway, and staff and contractor visits for service and maintenance are clearly logged, dated, and signed.” It is not very often that people working within a customer service / focused role get letters of thanks from their customers, and this is my reason for writing to you today. You provide a quality service for the charges paid, and staff are always pleasant and helpful. Thank you and your staff for their hard work while I have lived here.
