  • Provide a sympathetic ear for your financial circumstances to help you where we can.

None of us likes paying bills, especially when we have no choice over them; that is why we believe that by keeping you in the picture you are getting value for money and know how it is being used. We do this by providing:

  • A 24/7 client area on our website which will allow you to log in at your convenience and where you can manage your account, as well as catching up with the latest information for your location.
  • Owners meetings and newsletters to give you the opportunity to get involved and to experience the transparency with which we work.

We are committed to breaking down communication barriers

We believe that communication in all forms is the key to improving our service and your experience with us. This is why we will follow clear steps to ensure you are being cared for. We will:

  • Answer the telephone within 4 rings. In the event we are helping other clients and you leave a message, then your message will be responded to within two working days to ensure that you are being taken care of.
  • Respond to your email within two working days of it being received, so you know that we are dealing with it.
  • Provide a friendly and helpful service when you deal with us.
  • Provide lease guidance.
