I live on a managed estate in Darlaston which is managed by KT Management. I am very pleased with the customer service that KT provide for the residents. They are very responsive and I often log things on behalf of the residents which are always dealt with promptly. During an issue we were having with the shared bin storage and recycling area Cheryl from KT provided me with excellent customer service for which I am very grateful. She provided  me with regular updates and chased up the council to ensure they came to resolve matters. I was very impressed with her customer service and I would recommend KT management as a estate management company.

To whom it may concern.

I would like to take an opportunity to express my satisfaction with the way that KT Management have overseen the maintenance of the Taylor Wimpey development at Digis since they took over their role a few months ago.  There has been a marked improvement in the maintenance since that time, moreover without any increase in cost, for which I and I know other residents are grateful.

Furthermore, KT Management have been extremely helpful during our recent sale of another property on the development, despatching all relevant paperwork quickly and efficiently to our solicitors.  This meant that the sale was able to proceed without hitch.

I have no hesitation in recommending KT Management to other prospective clients.
